I decided to have a non-incisional eyelid procedure because I was only in Seoul for a few days and didn’t want to deal with stitch removal. From the beginning, my experience with Etonne was excellent. Communication via WhatsApp before my trip was responsive, thorough, and reassuring. The English-speaking coordinators were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and communicating with Dr. Kim was easy and straightforward. The procedure was clearly explained, quick, and felt very routine and well organized. The entire clinic was pristine, modern, and comfortable, which made the experience even more positive. I would highly recommend Etonne to anyone considering a procedure in Seoul, especially if having English-speaking staff is important to you.

A premium and high quality clinic delivering personalized care: From the initial consult, booking, endless before and questions, treatments, and aftercare, Etonne delivered on its high quality reputation. Our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly, and an English translator stayed with us the whole time explaining every step of the process. I can tell Dr. Cho is highly trained, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners. We didn’t feel rushed and he gave his professional and experienced recommendations, opting for the conservative approach. I underappreciated how important aftercare is and Dr. Cho and the team went above and beyond the standard protocol to help with my condition, which was more swelling than normal on one side. We can’t tell our results yet but the initial contours look natural. We will update our results once things settle in! For now, I’m confident that I was in good hands given Dr. Cho’s high standards, education and training.

First of all, I have to state that I was not asked to write this review! They have never once asked my husband or I to write anything in exchange for service or a discount. That in itself speaks volumes when it comes to clinics in Korea. When I tell you this place is the real deal, it is! My husband has gotten eyelid surgery here and his results are beyond amazing! No one notices until we mention it and they’re shocked at how natural it looks. As for me, I had been wanting a breast reduction for years! I finally mustered up the courage to do it and after extensive research decided Dr. Cho Jeongmok was the right person to do my surgery. From the time of my first consultation until now (post-op treatments), he has made me feel at ease! He also is extremely knowledgable and you can tell he’s passionate about you being happy with the results. As for the recovery, it was a BREEZE! I was extremely worried I would be in pain after and Dr. Cho assured me that Tylenol would be enough. I didn’t even need it and was walking around after the anesthesia wore off. I am sooooo happy with my results so far! The whole team from front desk, translating consultants, to nurses, and doctors are fantastic. I stopped by a couple of other places for consults and was so turned off. The whole team wasn’t in sync with service or knowledge. Etonne is definitely one of the best in the business! I will go back in a heartbeat if I ever need anything else.

I had an excellent experience at Etonne for double eyelid surgery, tip plasty, and epicanthopy. My doctor (Jaegon Kim) was incredibly knowledgeable, fluent in English, and genuinely listened to what I wanted rather than overselling procedures. He was a strong advocate for natural looking results and recommended non-incisional surgery because I was a good candidate for it and it would ensure my double eyelids looked natural and not forced, despite having some excess skin. The entire team from coordinators to surgical staff was welcoming and thorough with aftercare. The surgery itself was quick and painless, and they provided excellent follow-up visits, laser therapy, and skincare products to support healing. Recovery took about two and a half months for full settling, but I felt significantly better by week two. I'd highly recommend them if you're considering cosmetic surgery in Korea.

My Background I’m in my mid-20s and from Singapore, and this was my very first plastic surgery experience. I did procedures for my eyes (incisional double eyelid + ptosis correction) and my face (AccuLift). Naturally, I was nervous going into it, but the entire experience turned out to be far smoother and more reassuring than I could have imagined. About My Surgeon, Dr. Cho Jeong Mok Dr. Cho performed the entire procedure himself. (I know this because I briefly woke up during the process and heard his voice.) I feel genuinely grateful to have been in such skilled hands. He is highly professional, fluent in English, and truly prioritises what’s best for his patients. He really listens for example, he respected my choice to avoid threads and fillers and he explains everything clearly and concisely without overwhelming me. I felt safe and confident with him from start to finish. Staff and Translators As a foreigner, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed in the operating theatre without Milk and Yenni, my translators. They made sure every single word was translated to me while I was lying on the operating table, which made a huge difference. The rest of the team the anaesthesia staff, managers, and nurses were incredibly gentle, careful and professional especially when injecting/removing my stitches. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Consultation Process Everything from pre-consultation to post-care was incredibly smooth. The clinic responds promptly, which reassured me at every step. Even the online consultation before my trip gave me a clear idea of the procedure and a ballpark estimate of the cost. Honestly, it didn’t take me long to decide on this clinic, I had followed an Asian American beauty influencer who recommended Etonne, and I could tell her review wasn’t filtered or sponsored. Costing and Transparency Etonne’s pricing is transparent. After my in-person consultation, I was given a fair and clear quote, which made me even more confident in my decision. Clinic Location and Cleanliness The clinic is in a prime location in the heart of Gangnam, directly above the subway station, making it very convenient. The space is clean, hygienic, and has a prestigious atmosphere, which gave me confidence even before stepping into the procedure room. Recovery and Results My recovery has been fast, and the results are good. I’ve received compliments from friends, family, and even strangers. Now at week two, I still have some mild bruising, which is completely normal. The aftercare kit including a cooling pack, saline solution, and Q-tips was very helpful, and the vitamin drip after surgery helped me regain energy and clarity quickly.
